Unfortunately on 11/29, you will no longer be able to redeem rewards. The good news is there are plenty of new Daughtry rewards available! It's first come, first served, so make sure you redeem your points quickly!

I had redeemed my points for an autographed album a few weeks ago...I got the email saying I redeemed it but when should I be expecting it in the mail?
Try DMing them on Twitter, they responded to me although their response wasnt too helpful!.

I have sent messages to the Daughtry Web Crew, the Rewards "help" option, and an email to an intern at RCA who sent me an email regarding a question with a different redemption. I have not received 2 items that I redeemed at 2 separate times. Makes me wonder why I sent so much time and effort to earn the points in the first place. I had read that other people had problems with receiving redemptions too. There is no excuse for the lack of customer service with the questions and problems people are having.
Supporting DAUGHTRY because genuine talent should be celebrated and appreciated.
OK just got another email that we can go to sound check and get photos with the bands... so I feel a little better.

OK now I am MAD... I just got an email that there is no VIP for the Tunica, MS show after I got an email confirmation that I won VIP. They say they aren't doing VIP because it is a charity event--- well so what? So I guess I spend $70 on CDs to get points for nothing... and I guess I won't get my points back either! SUCKS

RCA Admin I never received an email regarding VIP's for the shows that I entered? I don't know if I won or lost I entered for Fresno, Anaheim, Huntington NY, Asbury NY, and Binghampton NY. If I won or lost could I please get a PM or an email letting me know either way! Your help is appreciated!

Val I loved RCA ED I have to be honest when site 1st started I didn't post much never knew Karen but I loved ED he was always on top of everything and when a pre-sale happened he always stayed on and dmd people PW whoever needed it. I felt he genuinely cared about the band. Whoever is running this site now obviously does not care because he/she never posts, never dms anyone, its sad. Like I said before I miss the old days
This site was run the best when Karen was moderator. Really miss her. Even tho I didn't like Ed, he at least responded to our questions. I don't want to bother Chris with this at all, but on the other hand, I wish he knew what was going on. Aside from all of these issues, their lack of promotion of SOSG is really upsetting me. Life House's "Between the Raindrops" video is premiering on VH1 tomorrow, and then will be on the Countdown starting Saturday. It hasn't been out very long- as opposed to SOSG which has been out over a month! It seems like it has just been forgotten
I agree Pat, there has been too many issues and no one seems to care. They are leaving the true fans in the dark and thats a shame cause I feel that Daughtry fans are the best in the world !! Maybe someday they will get some one who cares to run this site . On a brighter note less than 3 weeks till I get to see Daughtry and 3 Doors Down in Huntington , WV it will be the first time I see 3 Doors Down in concert .

I think its sad people did not get rewards that they earned or won and there is nobody on here helping them out.
I missed the days when the people who ran this board actually cared about the band, the fans and issues with the site.
and the point thing definitely was not Fair
they could have prevented that and my ill feelings towards them now

LJ, my friend won drum sticks and drumhead and hasn't received them either- and there are lots of other people that are still waiting for their prizes. Seems like all your pleas for answers have fell on deaf ears. SO sad

Michelle nobody is getting points. It shows their activity, but if you look it also says ZERO points. You can verify this by looking at your activity. My last one shows that I "logged in" and received 0 points.
As for point rewards, DO had said earlier they would be be putting new rewards up so that we could use our points.
SO, I burned my money trying to get my points...did not win. That money could have gone to buy a VIP which I should have known better and now I go to redeem my points and there is nothing left ??? Really.
I bought cds and everything else these past several weeks to get my points to 40,000 points. The day after the contest ended I get an email BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME .... So I did not get my VIP for the Huntington WV show....Congrats to those that did...
Just wondering why I no longer gets reward points (yes I know it ended 11/6), But when I logged on today I see that others are still getting points for doing various things on the site. If it was to end 11/6/12 @12 noon EST, that would mean it ended at the same time for all. Anyone know why some are still getting points? Went to redeem points yesterday, but all were gone except 10% off merchandise-What a rip!!!! They should have added more rewards knowing that everyone would be trying to redeem their accumulated points.

I received my email that I had won!
Pretty excited considering that I had to lose out on my last VIP I had for Staples because of an illness. Had tried to transfer it to ladyval, but DO said it was too late to accommodate.

Don't feel bad at least you won a twitter one I never win these things when the band 1st did them when they toured with Bon Jovi I never won and I entered 19 times. I tried to win this past tour on twitter with over 30 shows and never won. I put in 500 entries for 1 of my local shows and I didn't win. 200 entires for both cali shows & I didn't win. I didn't even get an email saying that I didn't win like other people. When it comes to Daughtry contests I am 1 big loser! I think am the Erika Kane of Daughtry contests! lol

Its 1220 and im still getting points AND i was able to log in without going through the WHOLE clearing cookies thing!
I hope we can use our points for something, we did work hard and got our points daily! I was loyal about it! DAILY... maybe put up some more VIPS for a 200,000 points? Or some other things to redeem.

amy4bama hope you get picked for your show, I was gonna buy music to get my points over the 40,000 mark as well but I lost my job and that 80 dollars I was gonna spend on cd's I already have will be best used for food for the family , still going to the Huntington, WV show just no VIP but thats ok it will still be an awsome show !!!! I was hoping for some new rewards like the VIP t-shirt or something else since everything is sold out . Hope everyone has a great time at the concerts they are going too , really don't see how we couldn't, Daughtry & 3 Doors Down it just don't get any better than that !!

@DIVER1018, I am with you I am lost, you can only get like 400 points or so a day, plus music purchases that doesn't give you 40,000 in the 2 weeks since it was announced, and the email was a bit vague regarding points, I keep hoping that the 40,000 requirement might be waived seeing that they just dropped the rewards program and all items are all sold out. crossing my fingers for all of us

OK....I have almost 40,000 points. Been busting my ass for them...I used 100 points to enter a VIP drawing. From what I understand there are only 2 winners??? per venue??? That sucks. Also, I thought the October 29 date was the date to have redeemed your 100 points for entry...Since Im not at 40,000 yet, I thought I had til tomorrow? Im so confused

How did you find out they were giving a way only 5 pairs of VIPs for each venue? I was hoping they would give more away for the Nov. 17th show because they aren't selling VIP to that show since it is a charity event.

Lisa, I totally agree about letting everyone win the VIP's that entered- just so we can use up our points! In the very beginning, before we knew they were offering the 5 pairs of passes per venue, what I wanted to trade my points for was a Lucky Cat- but we all know where they went
( I think they should also give us more of those for rewards and not make them so "expensive."
Hopefully they add more rewards..
Literally its my daily ritual to get these points! Hopefully i can use them for something. Really my only reason to use them were for VIPs.. I bought several CDs several times to get points...
If i could gift them i would.
Rather than choosing only 2 VIP per show they should just pick us all that entered and have the points to reedeem!

And if they are ending the reward program why not open it up for people to gift some of there points? especially since there are no new rewards open. I am dieing just to get to 40,000, I have gotten music, watched everything, tweeted till my followers are dropping me lol, i am out of ways to even get points..... but i guess they have to stop the rewards seeing that they can't get many of the links to work, I am sure thousands of points have been lost by many, I just was hoping for a sliver of a chance to get VIP, my husband and I have listened to him since auditions on AI, he seems like a great person along with an excellent musician, it's not to often you see that any more.
