Problems with getting Reward Points! - still!! Who/How do we contact somebody to FIX!!??

Is there an "official" person or fan club rep that monitors this board? As it seems there are A LOT of members NOT getting our points for videos, purchases, shares on twitter/facebook, etc, etc. I do not see any link to contact or email anyone....so HOW do we get this problem fixed?? I am trying to gain enough points for a VIP pass and at the rate this website is NOT working/recording points..my chances are dwindling!! C'mon somebody reading this from Daughtryofficial.com needs to fix the problem and backlog us our points.....pleeeeeeeeease help!!
