Not getting points on Reward site?
I made a purchase earlier today and haven't received reward points for it. I was logged in at the time. Tried to enter my receipt number on the "Claim Your Points" thingy and it just kept telling me it didn't recognize my order. I got points last year when I did a Break the Spell pre-order. Why does it suddenly hate me now? lol
Also, video watching is supposed to be for daily points, not weekly, aren't they? Cuz I've only gotten points for watching two days ago. Watched a couple videos earlier, no rewards.
What's the fun of having the rewards program if points aren't being credited correctly?

I also never get points for listening to songs, and also I barely receive points for watching videos.
how do these people have thousands of points weekly??? i can get 675 doing everything i know to do a day i am trying DESPARATELY to get to 2500 before the vip for tuscaloosa alabama and i am afraid it will be any day can anyone tell me how to get points i dont know about??
Anybody have any solutions to getting FourSquare points? I had no problem with the Greensboro and Charlotte shows, but no credit for Columbia. Anyone have the same problem?

Chevygirl74, I finally posted my problem about not getting points on the "DaughtryOfficial.com" Twitter page and they replied; told me to email; daughtryofficial.site@gmail.com. So, I did...to which I NEVER recieved a reply...so apparently there is no help! and I am dissapointed as I am still NOT getting my video points (I too have also tried on several devices i-pad/i-pod, laptop, desktop) and by not getting all my points WHEN I should have, I did not get the VIP pass before they sold out for tomorrow night's show in Clearwater... signed ~ disappointed fan =[
I'm getting all my points except for the videos. I've watched them for eight straight days without a single reward! Someone help me please! I've tried it from my IPhone along with my IPad and still nothing! Does anyone know what I can do or who I can contact for help? Thank you!!
not sure if this will work for everyone but for the last 2 weeks the only points registering for me was my log in. I tried to send an email to the feedback link at the bottom of the page and never got a reply. I usually enter the site thru a link in my favorites. I deleted tonight and then reinstalled it and now points seem to be appearing . So if anyone has the website stored as a favorite, try deleting it and then save it again. Hope that helps.
same here- got shorted points on watching videos on both the 18th & 19th! and i didnt even know about songs points until a few days ago! I could've been earning more! And i made a purchase (t-shirt) on site, but no points for that? Yah, how do you get that many points in a week (without cheating) cause i need more points for VIP passes on upcoming show and not sure I'm gonna make it ='[. Does anyone know, can you pay difference for points needed/points short? and I cant figure out how to get points for "sharing" on twitter?? tried and tried- aint getting them points!? Can someone help a fellow fan out?? Pleeeease! =]
