Hello All....

Well I for one am glad that Christmas is over.. I love it when its here but very grateful when things can calm down.. Now onto 2012 ... I wish you all a happy new year...

I am having a nice Christmas and enjoying my day. These past couple days sure have went by fast. I got a couple things tho I was not expecting anything. I got a little bit of money, a couple small gift cards, some jewelry, an exercise ball, and these cool awesome guitar hooks that you can put hats or a jacket or whatever on. When my dad gets back in town in early January he has something for me also. It was nice to be with family and see my nephews open their presents and enjoy themselves. It also gave me time to watch a couple season finales I used to watch. Think I am going go home shortly before it gets too dark so I can relax and have some me time before the day is done. Tomorrow I have to be at work at 330..or maybe 3 and than will be working mornings Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Take care my friends.

Valerie thinking of you and hoping you're enjoying your day okay. Glad you were able to enjoy dinner with your son and his gf yesterday since today was your 1st Christmas alone. Hope you were able to relax and get some piece and quiet or something.

Oh how I've missed you girls!! It sux not being able to come around very often. I think about you daily and wonder how you are doing and cannot wait until the day comes when I'll be a regular on here again. I know it may be a couple months til I'll finally have the internet but its a sacrifice you have to make in my current situation.

Merry Christmas everyone!! I hope you're having a great weekend so far and enjoy this special day. I got today off from work and we went to visit my brother and his family for a few hours. It was really good to see him and he seems to be doing all right. And also my grandfather has been cleared now and is able to go back to eating normal food, anything he wants. He says he still doesn't get very hungry but he was loving these lemon bars my brother in law made and had at least 5 if not more..haha. He has not had sweets in forever so I am sure it was heaven to him. Him and my grandma are coming over for a couple hrs to watch the kids open their presents and visit. I need to go to bed but I wanted to catch up and look over some things before doing so.

Work has been all right even tho I've dealt with my fair of rudeness, I've also dealt with much kindness and all that too. Now it'll be time to deal with returns and after Christmas shopping.

Patty sorry I missed ur birthday. Hope u enjoyed ur day and life is going well.

Terry thx buddy. I wish I lived closer to u too or could just snap my fingers or something out of Harry Potter and be there in a second to hang out.

I'm sure i"ll stop in again later in day but if I don't get to talk to u I know I'll be hopping on again next weekend. Love to u all.

Hi to everyone!

Patty that is true, you're always going to have to deal with people you like no matter what you do in life. People have been better these past couple days and today was going well until this one customer got mad at me for no reason. I was ringing her up, I had to answer the phone and they were talking my ear off and someone called me on the walkie. I was in the middle of a conversation and I knew that something rang up twice and I was going to take it off. I put my finger lightly in the air as to say "one sec" and she looked at her friend with this look and was so mad. I tried apologizing to her but she wasn't having it. When they left hte customers behind her said to forget her b/c I didn't do anything wrong and obv she was just a grump and I handled it well and didn't yell or anything like that.

I finally got all my Christmas cards done and 99% of my shopping, now just need to wrap them. I helped decorate the tree tonight. Now I have to run to the store, grab a few groceries and go home. I work from 4-930 tomorrow night. Not much fun for weekend but next weekend should be nice. We're going to my brothers at 4 Saturday for dinner and to hang out for a bit...

Patty yeah I am pretty much moved in. My mom had to go back to IN and won't be back for over a month. There is a lot that still needs to be put into the house esp upstairs but that naturally won't be coming til next spring or summer so I'll have to make do what I can.

Terri there are a lot of us who are dealing with rude people all the time but we're trying to do what we can. Its part of the reason I hate the business so much. Others are nice and polite and everything but the negative rude ones make it so bad. Do you have anything special planned for your kids over their winter break? I am sure they are looking forward to it.
My family is good....I asked to work Christmas Eve morning so we can go celebrate with my brother and his family since he hurt his arm and they gave me the whole day off so that'll be nice and I have good hours even if some of hte shifts suck. I have to work from 6 pm to 1230 on the 23rd which I am not looking forward to and have to miss out on the lights and train after all. I am bummed but at least I'll have 2 days off and be able to be with family on Eve and Christmas

Well have to get ready for work soon I don't feel too good. Have a headache and been feeling sick when in car and not looking forward to tonight. Have to finish my work cards but got my shopping done. Hope you all have a good weekend. I'll be working all of it, will be there til Wednesday...

I've been trying to cut back some on my online time. Hubby is off work through the holidays, been busy and just a little burned out with online stuff. But never you guys or the band.
Had a good weekend at my brother's. The kids exchanged presents with their cousins and we celebrated my dad's bday and one of my brothers. I'm all done with shopping, wrapping, decorating etc. So now I am just ready for Christmas. lol

Shanna - It does sound a lot like Psoriasis to me as well. My hubby also suffers from it and it gets out of control during the winter. He takes Clobex but only when there is a flare up he also bathes in Epsom when it is at the worst.. I know they have OTC meds to help with is as well but first you need the diagnosis.. Good luck kiddo

Patty I am going nuts, that is part of the problem but life isn't always easy or fair and I just have to go with the flow and make the most of it.

We're not going to the lights tonight, maybe will tomorrow and if not I probably wont' be able to go at all but that is okay. I am going to stick around here for dinner and maybe help with the Christmas tree before going home and relaxing. I need to soak or something. My skin is doing terrible. I had these spots on my back that I thought was a zit or something and it's spread all around and I have no idea what it is. It hurts and I don't know if its from my bra or what but I can't stand it and I am also breaking out elsewhere.

I might be getting a new look later this week. I just need to do something with my hair. And this weather is adding so much static. Ugh. Do any of you have that problem?

Hello girls. How are all of you doing? I am all right just thought I'd come here and catch up before heading to bed. I tried to earlier but my sisters laptop was being so stupid and I kept losing information or the letters would appear on a different line. So strange.....

Patty I am okay just been working and at my house a lot. I won't have internet until February or later. It kind of sux, not it really sux. I feel disconnected. LOL But hopefully I can along here once or twice a week. Glad you had a good time at the Spiderman show but that sounds awful about the incident with the subway. Glad you made it home safely.

Terri hope you enjoy being with your family this weekend exchanging gifts with the cousins and celebrating those birthdays. I am not ready for anything Christmasy yet tho I am trying really hard. My goal is to get all my cards I have to mail out finished by Monday and to finish all of them by Wed or Thurs. I also have a few more presents to buy and some wrapping to do. I kind of take it back tho b/c tomorrow we're supposed to go see lights and go on trains if my sister is up to it. She's had a cold the past couple of days.
There is so much debate with AR but we can't change it. They were good sports tho about it and I think its because they're nice people with good character. As far as DH is concerned, yes was a bit dark in the end. At first I thought she was going to kill herself or something. They make it look like things are always going to be negative and eveyrone growing apart. that is not the way to end a show at all so I hope in the coming year they do something different and make it right.

I'm not sure who was driving on DH, they made it out to seem like Bre or Carlos. But who knows? The ending was pretty dark with Bre and Mary Alice.

Well I came here today and I guess I forgot to log off so I did not earn my 25 points for logging in... LOL

Tree is up house is decorated... After reading about Haley and remembering Boey I know the things going on in my life could be so much worse and to me so much worse would be the loss of a child.. I think the grief for me this year is so much more prevalent because my mother passed in Oct and my daughter became ill in Dec and we almost lost her several times, the doctors did not give us much hope but after many prayers she came through but its a year later and she is still recovering so I never was able to grieve last year.. I do know for a fact my Mother would not want me to get all marred down in it so I will go over next week to the graves cry there and come home and smile...

Okay I am off to my grandsons Christmas Parade.. I am grateful for each one of you and you are all included in my prayers at night....

Hey girls how are you all of you doing? I am trying to hang in there but it's really really hard. I am kind of ready for this year to be over with b/c I need things to change for the better not just for myself but for my family.

I know my brother had his surgery this morning but have not heard now how it's going. He was in and out of the hospital all week and yesterday had to be rushed to emergency 3 or 4 times so guess they were not doing something right. I hope things went well and he recovers soon. My mom was supposed to go there but she'll proably go tomorrow b/c she's been sick and didn't want to make things worse for him or his family. I know it was hard for her to not be there before it al happened.

But now I have some other sad unpleasant news to tell you about. I found out that my younger half sister, she's the one whose wedding I went to last Sept in OK, had a seizure yesterday and was in a coma today. I guess she finally came out of it but is now taken a turn for the worst as she is having congestive heart failure. She's only 23 and just had her first baby recently. They say her pregnacny and delivery could be part of why she's going through all this. I am so scared and need so much prayers and a real miracle for her to come out of this. My dad was going to drive there but after 4 hrs he had to turn around and come back b/c the roads were closed due to a bad accident and an awful snow storm.

So many of my loved ones have gone through some rough times and huge health scares and it's eating at me. I can't take anymore of this. I don't know what to think or feel anymore.

Anyway...

Terri wow that is awesome ur about done with your Christmas shopping. are you like this every year or just this one? I just started my Christmas cards last night and have so much to do.

Patty I am not sure wha tkind of spider it was but I think it was a brown one.
