A FEW YEARS AGO I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER AND THE SONG "ITS NOT OVER" LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE. THAT SONG MADE FEEL LIKE I WAS IN CONTROL AND I WOULD SAY WHEN IT WAS OVER. THREE YEARS LATER IM CURED AND ITS NOT OVER YET.

I think we Daughtry fans must have been burning up the Internet to get to those links, maybe the sites had to close off access to the videos and cool down for a while, LOL!!

ABC has continued its stranglehold on the New Year's Eve ratings race, dominating again last week even though NBC's festivities also found an audience.

Nielsen overnights for Thursday show "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" on ABC averaged an 8.7 household rating/21 share from 11:30 p.m. to 1:15 a.m., up 2% from last year's 8.5/20.

The Alphabet's extravaganza, again co-hosted by Clark and Ryan Seacrest, featured musical guests including Jennifer Lopez and Daughtry.

Who else could take a cold, windy, icy, rainy night, musical systems problems and turn them into an awesome end of the year performance......................DAUGHTRY!!!! Thanks for ending my year on a positive note and helping to bring in 2010 for all your fans. How crazy it must have been for you guys! Look at how far you've come, you should all be so proud of yourselves! 2010 is going to bring even bigger and better things for you and I am so proud to be a fan of such a grounded and spectacular group of musicians...........you always give us your best!!! Hope you got to enjoy sometime with the wives afterwards and were able to welcome 2010 with those you love the most.

PS. Loved the mitten/gloves!!!!

36 hours no sleep! A snow storm and 5 hours of rain and yet I had an awesome time! The guys did a great job especially with dealing with a frozen wet stage. Poor sound system and electrical issue but in the end they got everything working and put on a great show. It made my night ringing in the New year with my favorite band. Happy New Year! Looking forward to what is in store for 2010!!

Daughtry was amazing New Year's Eve on ABC! It is hard enought to stay warm in weather they were in, but they rocked New York! They sounded as if I was standing in the audience. Thanks for a great performance and I can't wait to see more of you in 2010. DAUGHTRY ROCKS!!!

Sarah You were awesome guys, as usual! It never ceases to amaze me how truly fabulous and out of this world your music is. I know I will never hear anything quite as good in my life. Anyway this is just to say Chris I love you, and I hope 2010 brings you every happiness, cause you more than deserve it. Two weeks till I see you, I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!! I'm coming from Scotland, don't even like Nickelback that much lol! So I just have one thing to ask, if you have time, it would make my year if you met fans after the show?
