Poll: Since "Feels Like Tonight" is going to released Top40/Hot AC next, what song should be released to Rock radio next?
Well it appears that "Feels Like Tonight" is going to be the next song released to Top 40/Hot AC. A video has been filmed by Martin Weisz http://scope.eternalgaze.net/2007/11/02/booked-daughtry-martin-weisz-dir...
We all have our various opinions of this song but it is a fun song in concert and Chris of course sings it brilliantly.
So the poll question is:
1. If FLT is going to be released to Top 40/Hot AC, than what should be the next single released to Rock radio?
My answer:
1. I would release TABA to Rock radio. Although I like FLT, I think it is the most "pop" song on the CD. As a result, I would release the most rockin' (and my opinion one of the best songs) on the album, "There and Back Again" to Rock radio. I think it would be a huge hit and Chris DESERVES to have the most rocking song on the album released to Rock radio particularly since Daughtry is a ROCK BAND.

Dammit I'm SO sick of hearing about DAUGHTRY being the "pop" band from that SHOW. Feels Like Tonight is an amazing song, as well as everyother song on the album, don't get me wrong, but I think they need to release either TABA or Crashed next, to show everyone that they're FAR more capable of pop songs. They're a rock band, who kicks ass all over the stage (and charts!) all the time, and people need to start realizing it! I'm rambling now....Hoping that someone will come across this and it'll give some kindof push towards TABA. I'm done now

Ratings wise....I think TABA would be a total hit!!!!
Personally...would love Breakdown to hit the charts...dont know how well it would do...a girl can dram though!

Feels Like Tonight has always been my favorite song on the album followed almost in a tie by Over You. I am very excited that it will hit the airwaves soon.
I deinitely think TABA should be released! It is awesome!

would release a FLT Live version.....I like it better live then I do on the CD ( besides the obvious yummy visuals
) The guys play it faster and "harder" live....I think it sounds great!
As for the next single....TABA, What I want ( although it has been played on many stations already) or What About Now....but with how big Home was, maybe another ballad may not be the way to go.
I completely trust RCA and their direction.....they know what they are doing and are doing amazing for our guys!!!

THERE AND BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's actually been my favorite song since day 1. Although I love Crashed, What I Want, Over You, and of course Home and It's Not Over, and OK.... the whole CD..... There And Back Again to me was the song that spoke to me first and the one I keep going back to. It would make a kick a......... ummmmmm bootay video too.
Not to mention those that listen to rock radio and claim that Daughtry is "pop puff" would finally drink a big ole cup of shut the hell up.

The only reason I wouldn't want this to be released to rock radio is because love this song so very much and in the past the single that has been released to rock radio isn't as popular because of the song that is on the more mainstream stations.

My favorite, by far. Would definately give the band huge props for a rock song. But why don't I ever hear any of the songs released to rock radio on the radio? What station do I have to tune into in NY? Anyone know?

even though i'd probably never hear it on the radio here since we don't have a normal rock station anymore but yeeah..i'd go with that one for SURE.
and that's exactly what i was thinking...since Feels Like Tonight is the poppiest (lol) song, There and Back Again should be released to rock because it's the hardest rock song on the album.
as for the FLT video...i don't know what i'd want in it..but i want it to be a funny video!

it wasn't my first choice as the next single, i have no doubt that they know what they are doing with their sequence of released singles and i know that its going to be another huge hit, b/c what daughtry song isn't!!
It was said on TRL that it's gonna be in 3 settings. I'm gonna guess it's gonna be in 3 settings at night as "And it feels like tonight." but i'm still hoping to see!
