What's Up With the VH1 Top 20 and L. A. Y.
The video for Life After You has been out for like a month and I am disappointed that it has not had a debut on VH1 Top 20 Countdown yet. Are they waiting for good timing as there are a lot of videos that have come out? I can deal with that. Or is there a snub going on? I doubt that though~ who could not love Daughtry?

#14 this week. I wouldn't be surprised if it's off the countdown after this week. This is about the time they take it off if it's not going to be on the full 20 weeks. I wonder what the next single will be? Any thoughts?

Patty I was going to say the same thing about Adam and Kris. It's fun to watch the two fan bases battle it out. I'm cheering for Kris (though I only take the time to vote Daughtry) but I do like that song of Adam's. Daughtry cannot slip no more!!

I read on the VH1 boards that a Nickelback fan voted 9 hours straight to get them to #1!!!! Don't think I can do that and many people probably can't, but will keep voting to get them to #1,

Jim Shearer said that normally when they introduce a video by Daughtry, they talk about Chris Daughtry, but today they talked about Joey. He said that Joey recently put out an EP called "Change." It was inspired by his trip to Africa and all proceeds from the sale go to charity. I looked it up and you can download it on iTunes for $4.95. It has 5 songs.

LAY is in the Top 10 so we are moving in the right direction. The announcer talked about Daughtry doing the half-time show at the Cowboys game. They showed a couple of photos from the half-time show and talked about Daughtry's on-line red kettle initiative to raise money for the Salvation Army.
Someone said this is the last episode of the year so I guess we have to hope that No Surprise made the Top 40 for 2009.
