NOTE ABOUT VIP REDEMPTIONS: If you redeemed points for VIP you will receive an email with your VIP code. After you complete the process of redeeming your code you are confirmed for VIP. You will not receive another confirmation email after that. Hope this clears up any confusion.
EDIT: The only emails that award points are emails sent from the rewards program. These will be announcement emails, not "point recap" emails. We have only sent one of these so far. Standard daughtry label list emails do not award points at this time.
EDIT: Also,If you are trying to change your password or profile info, do it via your Daughtry Rewards Profile Page. The standard profile info on the regular site is not working at the moment. The rewards profile will work, however.

Quick note about point totals: If your point total seems incorrect or if you feel like you have lost points, it is very likely that you have not. Your browser is just displaying an older point total.
To fix this, you'll need to clear your cache. It's simple. Learn how right here. Clearing your cache will make sure you are seeing the most up-to-date version of your points page.
Also, points for an activity might not display immediately after the activity. In some cases you may have to wait a few minutes. So please be patient.

I redeemed points for VIP in Tulsa back in March. I did all the steps and was confirmed for VIP, but did not print anything off. In the instructions it says "You will receive a confirmation email in the weeks leading up to your show." I do not have the emails in my inbox anymore and have tried the same day emergency number in the instructions. No voicemail box set up and no answer. The Tulsa concert is tonight and we have to leave by 11:30 am Central Time since I live in SW Ok. My sister drove all the way from KC for the weekend so we can go to the concert and VIP. I want to make sure that when we get there we will be able to get in for the VIP. Someone Please Help Me!

DO has never said no vips but someone posted on here and said no vips after 6/14 I am curious to what the answer will be to that question.Hopefully they answer it.

Web Crew - having trouble logging on. System said my password was incorrect, so changed it. Tried to log in today with changed password, system said it was incorrect. Had to log in with my Facebook ID and password - don't want to do that.
Apparently that worked, as here I am. What gives with the password issue?

Nobody is earning points because it is a universal problem not just with this site but also the Kelly Clarkson site. They are working on the problem which they have been nice to keeping us updated and hopefully their computer people will have it fixed. Patience is a virtue & the web crew is doing everything they can to get it running.
What on earth is taking so long to fix this website????....Or is this is how its gonna be permanently? NOT FARE! You so cant earn FREE VIP passes moving this slowly with only a couple of points given a day, or is that what you want lol for us to pay for them when we could have got them for free if you had led well enough alone! It hasnt taken this long before to be fixed...
Some people who received VIP for points in St. Louis are unable to use them. can they be re-released so other people have a chance to get them???

If you're experiencing issues with the rewards program, it's due to some maintenance that we will be performing intermittently during the day. Should be resolved soon, just wanted to give you a heads up.

Just tryin to help with a timeline of what is going on out East in PA..Today I did my regular routine of points but they are being credited for May 14th when it is actually May 13th..only getting 25pts per category..aware you are having tech difficulties..just letting you know what is happening when it happens...

Last time this happened all the missing points were updated without any issues.

This morning you can only get 1 25pt addition for each category: Music, vids, retweets, at mentions, FB.I live in the east of the USA..is the whole system experiencing this?

It looks like you guys have a new glitch we are only getting points for completing 1 item of each task music, video, shares, tweets, and retweets there is definitely a glitch hope you are able to find it and fix it thanks !

Just went thru my entire regular routine on DO for my reward points and none of them showed up..I would like to be credited for doing this..can't do it anymore today..four attempts is all I have time for in one day. I hope you adjust me the credit due..that's all I want, nothing more.

Getting on here May 11, 2012 at 4:14PM EST and no reward points are coming thru with the exception of signing in and visiting the site for a total of 50pts..no music..no twitter..no facebook..will try the music vids but fear it is not going to be any better..I could be wrong..
