Daughtry To Peform in South Africa! My First Live Daughtry Concert
Hello All
Im in need of some info.
I reside in South Africa , and I have purchase Gloden Circle Tickets for Daughtry's Concert on 29 Oct in JHB.
Now I would like to find out when Daughtry Peforms, do they also sign before the concert and offer photo oppertunities and if they do how do I manage to obtain this.
Or will I qualify becuase I have golden circle ticket!
Please Advice ASAP!

Daughtry were amazing, what a concert what a night, such a sincere band and as for the hotty of the year Chris wow!!!
we had the best time. I am huge LIVE fan and you are a par with Eddie K, i think you learnt a lot from him, from idols days well done and thanks for coming to south africa and letting your fans see you in concert. wow wow wow what a band!!!

Fellow South African here also with Golden Circle tickets to the show! I'm trying to find out as well about the VIP tickets best is going to be to call Big Concerts (company organising the shows) maybe they can help. I'm not sure where you will able to "bump" into them after the show I know the Dome runs very tight security but keep your ears open for the after parties that happens after such a show.
Get there early at the Dome (we usually there from 11 in the morning) and make sure you have no hidden stuff otherwise they will not allow you in. No bottles and stuff like that (not sure how they going to control camera/phones??). There is a build up from the time they open the gates till the MC's (who ever it might be) enters and then the opening band (it has been confrimed check out Big Concerts website) then Daughtry comes up just a few after the other band finished.

Lezanne, it might be best for you to contact the venue where you will see the performance. In the US, the band did various things for VIP packages. None of the shows I attended had anything called a "Golden Circle" ticket - that might be based upon whomever Daughtry is appearing with. On the last US tour leg, the VIP packages included a professional picture with the band prior to the show. That was run by a company called GroundCtrl - you may be able to find out from them if they have anything going for the SA dates. Their website was groundctrl.com. You might also want to check in the Tour section of this website for your show's exact date. There may be other folks from your area that have asked the same question, gotten an answer & posted it already.
Those of us lucky enough to get more intimate looking pictures did it the hard way - we waited around in parking lots after shows for several hours before getting lucky enough to have pictures & autographs with them.
As a side note, I will tell you that during this last part of the tour, only Chris & JP (and once, Robin) came out after the shows I attended. Neither Steely nor Brian came out - but that may be different, since I believe this will be their first trip to your country.
I'm so happy that you will finally be able to see Daughtry live in concert - you are in for a wonderful treat! Be prepared to lose your voice for a few days from screaming - I couldn't talk for 2 days after my first show!
