But seriously- how many gigs do you need to perform in the USA!! The rest of the world loves you just as much. The UK is just a small part of it and we'd love you to come back.
Stop mugging the rest of the world off and stop performing USA gigs. I would seriously question your management. They only see the $ signs. They want to leave the world open to wanting you so much that they would pay anything- at the end of the day we will only put up with it for so long!! You have been warned.
