The folks over at Ground(ctrl) are really savvy and helpful with specific questions regarding credit card holders, ticket holders, and show info. You'll have better luck contacting them via email at support@groundctrl.com as they should answer you right away. You probably won't get the same answer twice if you're talking about more than one show, different venues with a different staff and policies will make arrangements around their operations.
